Cookie policy

1. What are cookies

Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) are small pieces of data stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be technical (needed for the site to work) or third-party (set by external services embedded in the site).

2. Data controller

Calalupo Resort is operated by DOMUS RE S.R.L. — VAT ID: IT17485971000 — Via Ruggero Settimo 4, 20146 Milan, Italy — Email: info@calaluporesort.com. For full details on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

3. Technologies used on this website

Strictly necessary (no consent required). This website does not set any first-party tracking or profiling cookies. Only two technical items stay on your device, in the browser local storage: your cookie preference itself (key "clCookieConsent", 12 months) and the reminder that stops the newsletter invitation from showing again (key "clNewsletter"). Neither is shared with anyone.

Anonymous statistics (no consent required). To know how many people visit the website and which pages they read we use Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, does not follow you across other websites and cannot identify you: visits are counted in aggregate, anonymous form. Provider: Vercel Inc. (privacy notice).

Third-party services (activated only with your consent).

  • HotelRunner — a booking widget that shows rates and availability. It loads only after you click "Accept all" and may set its own cookies. Provider: HotelRunner (hotelrunner.com).

External services you reach by clicking a link. When you proceed to book, pay or contact us, you leave this website and the destination service applies its own cookie and privacy policy:

  • Slope — our booking engine at booking.slope.it (slope.it)
  • Spiagge.it — sunbed and umbrella booking for the Beach Club at widget.spiagge.it (spiagge.it)
  • Stripe — payment links for events (stripe.com)
  • WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook — contact and social links

No cookies from these services are set on this website before you click.

4. How to give or withdraw consent

On your first visit a banner lets you choose between "Accept all" and "Necessary only" — both options are one click. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies and site data at any time from your browser settings.

5. Legal basis

Third-party technologies are activated only on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Strictly necessary storage relies on our legitimate interest in operating the website.

6. Contact

For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights under the GDPR, write to info@calaluporesort.com.
